Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
Return Process
To request a return, please contact our customer support team with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos or videos to verify the issue and will provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Warranty Coverage
All arcade machines purchased from Stanmore Game include a 12-Month Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
The warranty covers:
- Main control board defects
- Display hardware defects
- Power supply failures
- Factory-installed component failures
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or improper operation
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Cosmetic wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper transportation after delivery
- Damage caused by water, fire, power surges, or other external factors
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
Our support team will review the claim and provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, repair options, or other solutions when applicable.
Limitation of Warranty
This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product at our discretion.
Stanmore Game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
